butter 120g
sugar 80g
honey 10g
a pinch of salt
1 egg
all-purpose flour 250g
baking powder 5g
matcha powder 15g
white chocolates
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degress F (175 degrees C)
2. (Electric mixer) Beat butter and sugar until smooth. then add 1 egg.
3. Stir flour, salt, and baking powder together in a bowl. Beat into the butter mixture until just incorporated into a dough. Add white chocolates into the dough, mixing just enough to evenly combine.
4. roll the cookie dough and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
5. cut the cookie dough evenly onto baking sheets.
6. Bake in preheated oven until browned, 15 to 20 minutes.
